SUMMARY
Commissioned to create a large hanging menu (97.5x24in) and smaller "To-Go" menus (14x8.5in). Lucky's is a tex-mex burger joint, known for their retro-american cuisine and branding. I stayed true to this style, using their signature red and green palette. My challenge with this project was figuring out how to sort the numerous amount of menu items. I originally made myself a spreadsheet during this to help me keep all of the menu items and prices on track. The large hanging menu was printed on white board, the owners requested I leave the prices off of it since the prices could change, leaving them space to hand write the new prices if needed.

LARGE HANGING SIGN
I created the hanging menu first before moving to the to-go menu. There were a few rivisions while completing this portion, mainly to the owners requesting some of the menu items to be removed in place of other items. My challenge was to somehow fit all of the different kinds of burgers they offered without taking up too much room to where the rest of the menu was cramped.

After the completion of the large hanging menu, I was able to springboard off of my earlier designs to begin the to-go menu. To add to the retro feel, I added simple images of some of the food items you could get in the background of this two-sided menu.
